Your Satisfaction Guarantee

Listen, we've been cheated, used and abused by mail order companies ourselves. The guarantee we offer is one that would satisfy us--and we are definitely tough customers!

We promise to honor and respect our customers. Financial information never crosses our eyes. You are not only customers, you are friends. You are never obligated to fulfill some dumb program and buy more than you want.

We promise to guard your email address as if it were our own. We will send you emails related to the product you purchased. Unless you sign up for the General Information email newsletter, you'll get a total of ten emails related to your product purchase. Then we STOP emailing you.

We send you ONLY what you ordered. In other words, you sign up to receive a series of six Herbs and Spices, or a series of five or six Teas. We ship them to you as promised, then STOP. As in, we don't send you stuff until you beg us to stop, we just send you what you paid for. How novel is that!

If for any reason whatsoever you don't like what we send, or it's damaged, or the Post Office loses it, or any reason you can think of, send an email to evelyn@10000seeds.com right away. We will promptly send you a check to apologize for the product (no matter what the reason), and you can keep the product. You get your money back. Period.

If you don't like the service itself, send an email to cancel, and we'll refund your money and won't send you any more packages. Period.

If we left anything out of this guarantee, let us know, because we really want nothing more than to develop a friendship with you. It's simple, really, and very straightforward. Just sensible business, we think!
